Probitas Partners consists of the following affiliated companies which offer securities in private placement partnerships to institutional investors. Probitas Funds Group, LLC (“Probitas”) is a member of FINRA, SIPC, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, Probitas is licensed as a Type 2 Financial Dealer in Japan. Probitas relies on the International Dealer Exemption pursuant to subsection 8.18 of National Instrument 31-103 in the provinces of Ontario, Alberta, Quebec and British Columbia, Canada. Probitas’ UK entity is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Probitas Hong Kong Limited is licensed to carry on Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities in Hong Kong. Probitas Partners (Europe) AS is a licensed investment firm with the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority and is licensed to operate in all EU/EEA countries by means of passporting under MiFID2. Probitas is exempt from registration in Australia by the ASIC.
