Director of Finance
Sam has more than 16 years of experience in financial operations and is responsible for running the day-to-day finance operations at Probitas Partners. Prior to joining Probitas, Sam was a senior audit associate at RSM US LLP, specializing in the financial services industry. Sam earned a BS in Accounting and Business from Chapman University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

PFG relies on the International Dealer Exemption pursuant to subsection 8.18 of National Instrument 31-103 in the provinces of Ontario, Alberta, Quebec and British Columbia, Canada. PFG-UK Ltd. is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Probitas Hong Kong Limited is licensed to carry on Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities in Hong Kong. Probitas Partners (Europe) AS is a licensed investment firm with the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority and is licensed to operate in all EU/EEA countries by means of passporting under MiFID2. PFG and PFG-UK Ltd. are exempt from registration in Australia by the ASIC.
