Ed Amorosi has twenty years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners’ relationship management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Ed served as the Head of Marketing & Business Development at Great Point Partners (GPP) as well as Kellner, DiLeo, & Co. (KDC). He has served in capital advisory and placement capacities for various private markets fund managers, both independently as well as through the Asset Management platforms at JPMorgan Securities (the former Bear, Stearns, & Co.) as well as Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ed received his BA with a Double Major (Government, Art History) and Minor (Spanish) from Georgetown University. Prior to joining the securities industry, Ed was a politico-economic journalist covering the Developing Markets for various international media outlets, including the New York Times, Time Magazine, The Independent, & U.S. News & World Report.

Harrison Daniels
Harrison has a decade’s worth of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners’ relationship management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Harrison was Vice President of Business Development at Matthews Asia. At Matthews Asia, Harrison was responsible for developing and maintaining key investor relationships across the RIA/MFO/HNW space in the United States. Prior to Matthews Asia, Harrison was a Sales Consultant at Salient Partners, a boutique asset management firm. Harrison earned a BA from Princeton University and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) charterholder.
Brett Everhart
Brett has more than ten years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners’ relationship management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Brett served as a financial analyst with Oracle’s mergers and acquisitions team in Redwood Shores. While at Oracle, Brett was responsible for the due diligence and integration of acquisitions. Brett earned a BA in Economics from the University of California at Davis and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder.
Nick Hatch
Nick has over 15 years of secondaries experience and leads secondary advisory activities at Probitas Partners. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Nick founded the secondary advisory platforms at Harken Capital and Scalar Partners, closing over 35 unique transactions representing over $2 billion of transaction volume. Prior to Scalar Partners, Nick was part of the secondaries team at Probitas Partners and began his career at Jefferies and Deutsche Bank in San Francisco. Nick earned a BA in Finance from the University of Utah.
Greg Hausler
Greg has more than thirty-seven years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners’ relationship management activities. Prior to founding Probitas Partners, Greg was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette) in the Private Fund Group where he was responsible for maintaining key investor relationships in western North America as well as sourcing and evaluating prospective general partners. Before joining CSFB, Greg held positions of increasing responsibility marketing institutional financial products and providing investment advice at Banc America Robertson Stephens, La Salle Advisors and Prudential-Bache Capital Funding. Greg earned a BA in Political Science from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Will Lipinski
Will has more than eleven years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners’ fund placement project management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Will served as an Assistant Director in the Risk and Finance Analytics Group at Moody’s Analytics. While at Moody’s, Will was responsible for portfolio credit risk analytics and benchmarking for commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loan portfolios. Will earned a BA in Economics from the University of California at Davis and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder.
John Murphy
John has over thirty-six years of experience in comparable positions as Chief Financial and Operating Officer, and is responsible for managing Probitas Partners’ day-to-day operations including financial, legal, technology and human resource functions. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, John was Chief Operating Officer and Partner at U.S. Select Holdings, LLC (“USSH”), where he focused on development of new real estate business lines and oversaw all aspects of company operations. Prior to joining USSH, John served as CFO and Partner at MacFarlane Partners, an institutional real estate advisor, and Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc. John has raised investment capital, developed new lines of business, restructured organizations as well as developed and implemented strategic business initiatives. He began his career at KPMG and is a certified public accountant (inactive). John graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
Sinead O’Sullivan
Sinead has over thirty-three years of experience in financial operations and is responsible for running the day-to-day finance operations at Probitas Partners. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Sinead worked at Applied Materials, where she managed software implementations in the finance organization. Prior to that, Sinead worked at KPMG. Sinead attended Cork Institute of Technology and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Ray Tsao
Ray has nineteen years of industry experience and is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Ray was an investment banker in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse in San Francisco. While at Credit Suisse, Ray was responsible for executing capital raising transactions and merger and acquisition engagements for companies across the technology industry. Ray earned a BS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
